Our material inventory department houses more than one hundred thousand pounds of raw material inventory. From coil stock to sheet stock. From .001 thick to .375 thick. Our material department includes in-house shearing up to ¼ of an inch thick. We purchase our material in volume in order to purchase at the very best buy price possible. All of our material is inventoried and labeled to provide complete traceability.

Our in-house tool room is equipped with three wire EDM machines, CNC machining centers, and all the required machines to produce high quality tooling. 
Bloomers Metal Stampings provides quick turn-around on all new tooling and for repairs when needed to keep the production lines flowing with product for our customers.
All tooling is guaranteed for the life of the product, which means there is never a hidden charge for reconstruction or sharpening. We do it all in-house.

technology to design, layout, and engineer our tooling and program our state of the art equipment.

Welding is yet another one of our services which provides our ability to produce complete products and
assemblies. In our welding area, we are equipped with automated seam welding, TIG welding, MIG welding,
and also includes three spot welders.

Our production department is equipped with a vast array of punch presses ranging from 5 tons to 400 tons.
Many presses are equipped with automatic feeders, coil handling equipment, levelers, and rollers.
Due to constant changes in manufacturing technology, we are consistently expanding our capabilities to meet our customer's needs. We have streamlined our processing and have standardized fixtures for quick die change in order to minimize time and labor.
